At The Pink Aura, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
- Not show signs of damage caused after delivery
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging (if damaged during shipping)
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
This is determined based on the nature of the issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was shipped
- Order cannot be fulfilled by us
- Approved return after inspection
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by customer
- Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
- Delays caused by courier services once the order has been shipped
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Inspection & Approval
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.
We reserve the right to reject returns that:
- Do not meet eligibility requirements
- Show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Are returned without authorization
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend future purchases until the matter is resolved.
False or abusive claims may result in refusal of service.
